In the 9th annual award, Kenworth is donating a T680 Truck, a masterpiece of innovation with a stamped aluminum cab and integral sleeper, valued at approximately $155,000. More than a prize, it's a symbol of recognition for the hard work and dedication that our veterans bring to the trucking industry.

Transition Trucking celebrates the veterans while also acknowledging the employers and CDL credentialing institutions that play a pivotal role in shaping the success stories of our heroes and hopes to shed light on the invaluable support from leading manufacturers and service providers, enhancing the safety and comfort of the 3.5 million professional truck drivers on the road.

As the winner emerges from a year-long competition among Veterans, Guardsmen and Reservists who have successfully transitioned into the trucking industry, the impact reverberates beyond a single individual. Now in its 9th year, the Transition Trucking: Driving for Excellence award follows its successful marketing model that has reached thousands of transitioning and recently transitioned service members within all service branches.
